Where are your orders shipped from?

Suit Secret ships from multiple warehouses within the United States. Orders will be shipped from Warehouses located in New York, New Jersey, or California.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Here at Suit Secret, you can receive Free Ground Shipping for over $99 in the US. Orders under $99 will just pay $9.95 flat rate ground shipping.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only accept orders that are located in the USA.

 

How do you ship?

 For orders costing under $199, we ship using USPS priority. Orders over $199 will be shipped via UPS and may have signature required.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most orders take 2-3 business days for processing time, not including Holidays or Weekends. Ground shipping generally takes 3-7 days time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Suit Secret is not liable for any lost or stolen package. Once our shipping partners, either UPS or USPS marks the package delivered, the shipment is considered final. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local law enforcement agency.
