Group Order Policy

Group Orders and Special Orders are Non-Refundable.

• Orders will be considered a group order if there are 3 or more similar items per order. For example: If you order the same suit or suits in several different sizes, your order will be automatically flagged as a group order.

• Any order will be deemed a special order if any quantity of merchandise has to be special ordered.

• Orders from a production studio, theater, or costume shop will be deemed a special order regardless of quantity.
